HOUSE_ROLAND RAINER

In the lessons of "model-construction" the aim for our group was to build a model of an existing house of ROLAND RAINER, an architect from Austria.

The model is in scale 1_33...and build from wood and synthetic material.

The target was, not to build a model of the building’s shape but to create a model of the idea and concept behind that building.

VILLA SORAVIA by COOP HIMMELBLAU

I'd like to show you my first steps in "architecture photography". As we were having a photograpy workshop at university, and we had to thake pictures of houses in the area where we live, i decided to use the VILLA SORAVIA designed by the architects COOP HIMMELBLAU for my final presentation. I tried to make it look like as if the pictures have been taken from a voyeuristic perspective combined with the sense of a pan shot.

COCAINE ON LSD

Again I could convince my gorgeous sister to be my model for my crazy ideas. To be honest, I had no idea what to do, neither what kind of make-up nor any kind of concept…so I just let myself go. The way I’ve done it-I mean the working process and the final result turned out as if I’ve been on cocaine and LSD. SISTER SAPIENTIA – LIKE A VIRGIN

This work shows a dead nun. In my idea, such a graceful person, who is just following the Lord’s call, and putting her personal needs aside and sacrifices her life to God, when she is dead, such an admirable person turns into preciousness.

She always knows that when I say:” I’ve got an idea, and I think it will take me maybe 4 hours to do it”… she knows that it will take me 10 hours, like this project. Thank you very much!!!! THE RISE AND FALL OF ROCKY-JO

This is a story about a boy, a Rock-Star-boy, who is not just a little glimmer, but a rising star, living his life, fulfilling his dream…the life of Sex, Drugs and Rock’n’Roll, the lifestyle of the rich and famous. But at the time that he was just dreaming about a life like this, he didn’t think about the consequences it may bring. Sure, he can afford whatever he wants, Vogue became his holy book. He has got rooms packed with all the brand new clothes fresh from designers’ runways, drinking Louis Roederer Cristal everyday and wasting all his money to whatever comes to his crazy mind. But he didn’t think of the consequences before he chose that life. Next to all those nice, but shallow things that make him happy actually for just one moment, he has to cope with loneliness, fake friends, self-doubts, self-destruction and pressure to succeed. Is that all worth it, for a little fame?? Xx Armin G.

LA MADAME DE LA COUTURE

This time I’ve turned my gorgeous and beautiful sister in LA MADAMME DA LA COUTURE, inspired by the crazy and detailed make-up from DIOR COUTURE SHOWS at Paris Fashion-Week, combined with the sense of the old baroque ladies with their colossal with wigs which I’ve turned into a modern hat.
